Incoming Material Inspection (IQC)
Every batch of aluminum profile and glass is inspected on arrival. Material certificates are checked, batch numbers logged, and key specifications verified before production.
FOWALL QUALITY SYSTEM
We do not ask you to take our word for it.
Every performance claim on this site—wind load resistance, air and water tightness, and thermal performance—is supported by third-party test reports, recognized certifications, and a documented inspection trail from raw material to shipped container.

WHY IT MATTERS
Facade and fenestration failures rarely show up on paper. They show up on-site, after installation, when the cost of a fix is highest. FOWALL moves verification forward so quality issues are identified before they become project delays.
Facade and fenestration defects are far costlier to resolve once discovered on-site. Remobilization, schedule delays, and rework add up quickly after installation begins. Early, documented verification keeps these costs from materializing.
EVIDENCE BY DESIGN
Six checkpoints create a continuous chain of evidence from incoming material to the final shipment.
Every batch of aluminum profile and glass is inspected on arrival. Material certificates are checked, batch numbers logged, and key specifications verified before production.
Fixed inspection checkpoints cover fabrication, welding or assembly, and glazing. Defects are caught during production rather than after delivery.
Systems are tested against recognized structural and building-envelope standards, including air infiltration, water penetration, and structural wind-load performance.
FOWALL window and door systems are backed by Intertek test reports. Select systems are certified to CSA standards and hold NFRC certification for thermal and optical performance rating.
Before a container leaves our facility, final inspection photos, videos, and quality-control documents are recorded and retained for every shipment.
Customers or their appointed inspection companies can access the factory to independently verify a shipment before goods leave our facility.
RECOGNIZED FRAMEWORKS
Verification only matters when it is measured against standards that your project, market, and authority can recognize.

DOCUMENTED DELIVERY
Every customer receives a packing list with each shipment. On request, FOWALL can also provide the documentation that lets your team review the evidence behind the delivery.
