Is there a minimum order quantity?
For standard systems we work from a project area basis rather than a unit count. Tell us the approximate façade area and we will confirm whether the project is workable.
What is your typical lead time?
It depends on system type, project area and finish. We provide a project-specific programme with the quotation rather than a generic number.
Can you fabricate to our drawings and specifications?
Yes. Send the drawings and performance requirements and we will confirm what can be met directly and flag any necessary system adjustments.
Which standards and certifications do you work to?
We supply to project-specified standards and provide the relevant test documentation according to the applicable code and market.
Do you provide installation?
We can provide on-site technical support for your installation team or discuss full-service installation according to the project location and scope.
